Fourteen years ago, our founder Cesar was a designer starting his career. He saw many of his teammates struggling with developers putting their work into code.

To solve this situation, he began learning how to code websites and small apps for ad agencies and startups. Five years later, he started his own startup. A year or so later, he was asked by a friend to help him with his startup.

He hired him as a tech partner to improve his product, and during their first meeting he created a proposal to take away with him. That day, As One was born.

That doc evolved into a best practices knowledge base, tech stack, scope and deliveries, then a software house (that we like to call tech studio).

Over the following fourteen years, Julie jumped aboard and As One helped dozens of clients, launching their own products, establishing itself as a customer-centric tech studio for startups.

Are you responsible for the product, but you are stuck at "it's too hard to use", and you cannot scale past it, no matter what you try?

If yes, meet my client Kate Shaver.

She had this problem. We solved it for her, and she went from having a clunky interface that no one knew how to use to delivering a system that actually works. Now, not only current customers are using new features but also her internal team... Without contacting the Customer Support.

All she was missing was product-strategy, some knowledge on implementation, and she's now tackling her next challenges, focused on scalability, sustainably and predictably, going forwards.

How much is "not knowing what you don't know" costing you?

Are you struggling with your team not having all the needed expertise on UI/UX and frontend?

If yes, meet my client Alex Tsepetis.

He had this problem. We solved it for him, and he went on to increase his team productivity by 4x while delivering easy-to-use features.

All he was missing was frontend-strategy, some knowledge on implementation, and he's now aiming for higher goals in terms of quality, reliability, scalability, and security.
